Thanks to everyone who has sent in the first installment of $500 that was due Nov 1 for the special assessment of $2200.

If you have not sent in your first installment yet, please do so.

The remaining $1700 is due by Dec 31st.

Water Softener Tips

For those using water softeners, are you periodically testing your tap water and adding cleaner to the softener?

In addition to the automatic recharging that most softeners do, it is necessary to add cleaner once a month to maintain optimum performance. Please check with your unit’s owner’s manual for specific information.
